Fire + Me = Run Away
The skull have this just-bathed-in-betadine shiny look to it. It's looks like the skin when you have just grazed it and added betadine to prevent the germs, bacteria etc.
The eyes and the bloodied mouth really scares me. He has this look as if he just ate something really yummy, meaty, human-ish and the way it pops out looks like he's about to have more.
